A: We offer same-day and emergency service whenever possible. Please call us early for best availability.

Q: How do I schedule a service call?
Q: Are your repairs guaranteed?
A: Yes! Shawn’s Appliance Services offers a guarantee for their repair services. We warranty parts for 30 days and labor for 90 days. If a faulty part is the cause of a problem reported within 30 days, we will replace it free of charge. If the same root problem on the same appliance is reported within 90 days, we will not charge for additional labor, only the cost of replacement parts if needed.
Q: Do you install appliances, too?
A: Yes. We install most home appliances and offer full-service hookups for dishwashers, ovens, ranges, laundry appliances, and more. We also partner with a licensed electrician for code-compliant electrical installations.
Q: Can you repair my brand?
A: We work on all major brands, including GE, Whirlpool, Maytag, Frigidaire, Kenmore, LG, Samsung, KitchenAid, Bosch, and many more. If you have questions about your specific appliance, just ask.
