1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Shawn’s Appliance Services website or scheduling service with us, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Services Provided
We provide appliance repair, electrical, and HVAC services in Daphne, AL and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and may be refused at our discretion.
3. Scheduling & Payment
- Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or by email.
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and major credit cards.
4. Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments may be subject to a service fee.
5. Guarantees & Warranties
Shawn’s Appliance Services warranties parts for 30 days and labor for 90 days. If a faulty part is the cause of a problem reported within 30 days, we will replace it free of charge. If the same root problem on the same appliance is reported within 90 days, we will not charge for additional labor-only the cost of replacement parts if needed.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
